Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any concert or event ticket unless we are unable to fulfill the ticketed event (it is cancelled or rescheduled).  Tickets can be refunded as a donation to the PSO, for which you will receive an acknowledgement for tax purposes. This option is only available if we are notified of your desire to donate your tickets before the event takes place.

Exchanges

Subscription tickets: If you are a subscriber, you automatically have tickets to every concert in our season. We do not offer exchanges across seasons or events (meaning you cannot exchange a ticket to a concert in one season for a concert in a different season, or exchange tickets to one event for additional tickets to a different event). We always offer seating exchanges to subscribers should you prefer a different seat (depending on your selections, cost differences may apply) or wish to bring guests and you want to be seated together. 

Single tickets: In general, we are unable to offer exchanges on any concert or event ticket.  However, because of the COVID-19 pandemic we have temporarily changed our policy to allow single ticket exchanges in cases where (1) we are unable to fulfill the ticketed event, (it is cancelled or rescheduled) or (2) the patron feels sick, or (3) the patron cannot/will not comply with policies set forth by the PSO or its venue  Please contact us at 270-444-0065 to discuss your exchange.
